Holmes Builders maintains a close partnership with Holmes Architects, an esteemed architecture and engineering firm founded by the late Dwight Ellis Holmes (father to John Holmes Sr. and grandfather to John Holmes Jr.). As a highly regarded architect, Dwight E. Holmes left a lasting legacy in the industry and within the Holmes family.
Today, Holmes Architects is led by Scott A. Holmes, son of Dwight E. Holmes, and serves as our in-house firm for all projects. This collaboration ensures a seamless transition from design to development, maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and innovation in every build.
